Hello, beautiful people!

I’m Miella aka “her”, and I’m so excited to meet you!

Born from a mother who had a love for fashion & styling, I knew at a very young age that I too was drawn to all things fabulous! Growing up in a big city, my exposure was not limited. My world was a rich tapestry of style and creativity with no limits to what I could explore. I quickly roamed the melting pot streets and immersed myself in all things fashion. From lively dance studios, to sunset walks on outdoor shopping strips, outlet deal dives, thrilling mall hunts for hidden gems, and so much more. I knew from a young age that I had an instinctive gift that I would not be able to ignore. A core and fundamental part of my being. I didn’t develop an eye for style, I was born with it.

My story

it wasn’t easy to start but. . .

I was always intentional about pursuing my passions. Coming from a big family, I knew it wouldn’t be easy – but it would certainly be worth it. I maintained a high GPA throughout my time in grade school to prepare myself for the opportunities that awaited me.

I moved to the big apple to pursue my undergrad degree in fashion marketing and the rest was history! I went from working in a retail setting for my favorite brands, to working alongside my favorite designers in corporate showrooms. Modeling, dressing celebrities, and working behind the scenes during Fashion Week. I had quickly put my skills in action all while living out many of my childhood dreams! Today, my focus is sharing my passion with the world and connecting with other visionaries that love to explore the limitless bounds of fashion. My hope is that I also inspire others that are early in their journey, to follow what brings them joy.

What was my 1st tattoo

My first tattoo was the word “Haute” A French term defined as high fashion, couture, fashionably elegant, or high class.

Favorite Scenery

Sunsets on the beach! Top it with a warm breeze surrounded by loved ones – and it’s a hard one to beat.

Well, plot twist – I am a fashion lover & blogger; but I also have a passion for real estate & interior design. I have been a licensed realtor for 7 years.

I frequently get asked what are some of my favorite places to shop, and where do I find the items I have in my wardrobe. Her Fab Finds is the natural evolution of the many fashion based projects I have executed thus far, in addition to providing the answer to these questions for my fellow fashion lovers! It is my fashion diary and directory. The culmination of all things that bring me joy and serves as a treasure chest for my fellow visionaries. I hope you love it here as much as I do!

A great fashion tip I often follow is simply to not overthink when it comes to styling! Allow your ideas and expressions to flow freely & be confident. Overthinking can affect the evolution of the art! Feel, dress, express – and enjoy!
